While active recruiting (when we reach out to our database of connections) is our primary way of finding the best matches, you are always welcome to apply to our job listings. Whether or not that role is right for you, if we foresee that your skills are needed down the road, we’d love to build a relationship with you.

When you reach out to Four Hundred Staffing, we’ll schedule an initial phone call or video chat to do a preliminary interview, learning about your skill sets, experience, history, and the types of roles you’d be interested in.

If there’s not a job opening that we think would be a great fit immediately, we’ll add your profile to our database and keep you in mind as job openings arise.

When a job comes up that we think you might be a good fit for, we’ll reach out and schedule another interview. We’ll ask you more questions to help us identify if you’d be the right candidate for a specific job. At this time, we’ll share a general job description to see if you’re interested.

We provide clients no more than five candidates when they’re hiring for a role. If you’re in that top five, we’ll walk you through the interview process and provide you with all the information you need to succeed.

If you’re selected for the role, we always arrange for a paid work trial so all parties involved can determine if it is a good fit.

If the paid work trial is a success, we support both the employer and the talent through the negotiation process and ensure we arrive at a contract that is beneficial to everyone.
