Our Hiring Process

When you reach out to Four Hundred Staffing, we begin with an extensive introduction call (often with your home manager or personal assistant) to learn about the unique needs of the role in question. We want to know everything you can share about your ideal candidate, including desired certifications and experience, the details of the role, whether it’s a new or existing role, and more. Our curated questionnaire helps us have such a high success rate in our placements.

Through both active and passive head hunting, we gather a series of interested and qualified candidates and begin a round of interviews to determine who has the right qualifications and personality to be the perfect fit for your position.

We’ll present you with no more than five candidates for the role and you decide which ones you’d like to have a preliminary conversation with. We’ll set up an interview between the candidates and, most likely, your assistant or whoever is in charge of hiring.

When you’ve selected the individual you want to hire for the role, we always arrange for a paid work trial so all parties can determine whether it is a good fit.

If the paid work trial is a success, we support both the employer and the talent through the negotiation process and ensure we arrive at a contract that is beneficial to everyone.
